Key Neighborhoods and Lighting Challenges

We design unique solutions tailored to Alexandria’s most distinctive communities:

Old Town: Accent lighting is critical for brick facades and ironwork. Designs here often require addressing tight, mature landscapes and coordinating fixture aesthetics with existing historic street lighting (gas lamps).
Del Ray & Rosemont: Focus on creating inviting patio and outdoor entertaining spaces. Designs often emphasize soft, ambient lighting to complement the family-friendly, welcoming atmosphere of these neighborhoods.

Belle Haven / Potomac Greens: Designs prioritize luxury estates, focusing on sophisticated architectural wash lighting and integrating advanced smart lighting control systems across expansive properties.
